Tiered by monthly volume. $0.65 under 5K, $0.55 at 5K to 25K, $0.48 at 25K to 50K, $0.42 at 50K plus. 300 DPI thermal, 1D + 2D compliant for Amazon’s 2026 barcode transition.

Poly bag + suffocation warning

Size-matched. Small $0.28, Standard $0.40, Large $0.55, Oversize $0.75. Volume discount $0.05 at 25K plus units per month.

Bundling

$1.95 per 2-pack bundle. Above the national published max of $1.75 by design to cover multi-SKU complexity.

Bubble wrap

Size-matched. $0.45 to $1.00 per unit depending on declared size.

Pallet receiving

What should I actually pay for FBA prep in 2026? +
The national published market for FNSKU labeling sits $0.20 to $0.70 per unit depending on volume. Poly bag $0.25 to $1.10. Bundling $1.25 to $1.75 per bundle. Pallet receiving $13 to $25. Pallet storage $15 to $50 per month. This calculator uses the KL Productions rate card, which sits in the middle of those bands with a meaningful storage discount vs Portland and Seattle.
Why is the estimate higher than my current quote? +
Most current quotes hide line items in a single per-unit blended rate. This calculator exposes each line separately so you can see where the money is going. If a competitor is quoting one low number, ask which services are bundled and which are billed as extras.
Does the estimate include freight to the FC? +
No. The outbound shipment line covers plan creation, box labeling, and carrier handoff. Actual freight is billed by your UPS, FedEx, or LTL carrier and is pass-through. We can estimate freight separately if you send us the FC destinations.
What about Q4 surge pricing? +
Toggle Q4 surge on to see the annual cost with the October through December storage and labor multipliers applied. Storage 1.5x. Labor 1.15x. Amazon itself applies a 3.5 percent fulfillment fee surcharge starting May 2, 2026 that is separate from prep costs.
Is this the final quote? +
